We respect that you may
need to cancel your reservation, and there will be no cancellation fee
if we are able to re-let the held accommodation booking made.
If we
cannot re-let the held accommodation there will be a charge of
50% of the booking made, as a cancellation fee. If there is
no arrival 'on the day' 100% of the booking cost would be
charged as a cancellation fee.
Our check-in time is
2pm and check-out 10.30 am on the day of departure. Late
check-outs may be made on a standby basis (e.g. if there is no other
booking made to stay on the day of your departure).
We accept Visa / Mastercard / Bankcard.

smoke free.
We regret that in consideration of other guests we are unable to accommodate
